20mm (3/4″) Light Beige Buttons – Great for button jointing toys & dolls This set of 4 20mm (3/4″) buttons are perfect for button jointing soft toys and dolls to create moveable arms and legs. Each of these ABC buttons have two holes and are pale beige in colour. Button joints are an alternative to cotter pin joints and safety joints to make movable parts for a soft toy or doll.  Each button measures 20mm in diameter (approximately 3/4″) and has two holes to enable you to attach the arms and legs to the body of your creation.  Each set of limbs needs 2 buttons and so, assuming your creation has 2 arms and 2 legs, you will need four buttons to button joint it. Luna Lapin (& most of her friends!) have been made using button joints and,  of course, whilst these buttons are suitable for button jointing, they are also perfect for making clothes or accessories too! To button joint your toy, you will need 1 Doll Needle and Extra Strong Thread.
